JW Bell’s Rapid Response Part Production

At JW Bell, we manufacture all of the wear parts ourselves, allowing us to produce any single part within 24 hours. Unless otherwise requested, we process genuine HARDOX wear plates and offer bulk buying.

JW Bell specializes in processing highly wear resistant HARDOX steel with a hardness of up to 600 HB. HARDOX is a Swedish premium steel which was developed for its exceptionally high abrasion resistance.

Hardness and abrasion resistance are not the same. Hardness is a measure of how resistant solid matter is to various kinds of permanent shape change when a compressive force is applied. A product with high abrasion resistance will resist erosion caused by scraping, rubbing, and other types of mechanical wear. This allows the material to retain its physical properties and hold its form.
